Any 'first time' student, staff, and faculty member will not be charged for their initial card. However, if your Tiger Card is lost, stolen or damaged, there is a $20 replacement fee. The forms of payment we accept are: cash, check, TigerCASH, credit/debit cards, or Apple Pay.

Only JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types are accepted.

Your application for a Tiger Card will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re‐submit another picture or visit the Tiger Card office to have your Tiger Card manually produced.

To obtain a replacement card, you must come to the Tiger Card Office which is located on the first floor of the LSU Student Union. $20 payment for the replacement card may be made with cash, check, TigerCASH, credit/debit cards, or Apple Pay. Please note that the fee cannot be added to your fee bill.
